Session 3

Welcome to Session 3 of the Breech Birth Program

Session 3
In this session we will be reviewing  some useful additional protocols for helping with a breech presentation - using essential oils and acupressure points, a protocol for Hip Pain in Pregnancy, Belly Mapping to check on baby's position, a desktop meditation you can use to relax and a Yoga Nidra Meditation.
More Helpful Resources
Essential Oils for Turning a Breech Baby - Peppermint and Myhrr have been found useful in turning a breech baby.  This guide will show you how to use them.  If you would like to order these oils, you can go to my.doterra.com/womenshealth to order or contact me and I can help with the order.  We can review this information when we have our appointment.

Acupressure for Breech Presentation - Acupressure can be very helpful when trying to turn a breech baby.  It can also be used during labor to help with presentation.

Hip Pain in Pregnancy - is a helpful guide if you experiencing any hip pain during this time.

Belly Mapping - this guide will help you identify the baby's position.  It might be useful if you don't know if the baby has turned.

The Desktop Finger Labyrinth can be used when you are feeling stressed.  Download it and print it out and use when needed.  It is a good tool to bring with you to work and use during the day or at home at stressful times.

The Yoga Nidra Meditation can be useful for relaxation.  Use it at bedtime to help you fall asleep or when you first wake up to help get you ready and relaxed as you start your day.
